Exhibit Registration and Guidelines

  • All Exhibitors MUST pay the AUCSC Registration Fee in addition to the Exhibit Registration Fee.
  • The AUCSC Registration fee is $150 before May 1, or $200 on-site.
  • For questions regarding AUCSC Exhibits, please contact Laura Bauer, Exhibits Chair.
  • Special requests from exhibitors MUST BE SENT IN WRITING to lbauer@farwestcorrosion.com at least two weeks before the start of the short course.
  • During exhibit set-up/teardown, Exhibitors MAY NOT enter or exit through the front entrance of the Mylan Park Ruby Community Center building. All Exhibit materials and displays must be brought in and removed though the side entrances of the building.
  • Please make checks payable to "AUCSC Exhibits Committee."
  • AUCSC nametags must be worn by all attendees and exhibitors while in the exhibit area.
  • All Exhibitors will receive a copy of the list of AUCSC attendees. Please place your business card on your Exhibit table. Your business card will be collected by AUCSC, and a copy of the list will be emailed to the email address on your card.

Tuesday during the week of the Short Course
11:00am to 1:00pm
5:00pm to 8:00pm

Wednesday during the week of the Short Course
11:00am to 1:00pm
5:00pm to 6:30pm



Exhibitor Fees

(before May 1)
One (1) 8-foot table: $500.00
Two (2) 8-foot tables: $650.00
Three (3) 8-foot tables: $800.00



Exhibitor Set-up/Teardown

  • During exhibit set-up/teardown, Exhibitors MAY NOT enter or exit through the front entrance of the Mylan Park Ruby Community Center building. All Exhibit materials and displays must be brought in and removed though the side entrances of the building.
  • If you wish to ship your exhibit to AUCSC, please contact Central Van and Storage at 304.592.1760, to make arrangements for storage, delivery, and pick-up of your exhibit. On Monday during the week of AUCSC, Central Van and Storage will deliver your exhibit to the exhibit hall (the Mylan Park Ruby Community Center). Please make sure your shipment arrives the week before AUCSC. The AUCSC Exhibits Committee will not be responsible for lost shipments.
  • Exhibitors may set up Tuesday morning (7:30am to 10:00am), during the week of AUCSC.
  • Teardown of exhibits will occur after 6:30pm on Wednesday during the week of AUCSC. A penalty of $200.00 will be charged for Exhibitors who tear down exhibits early, unless permission has been granted in advance.
  • AUCSC discourages modular exhibits in lieu of tabletop displays; however, we will accommodate free-standing modular exhibits with or without an 8' table at a cost of $550.00.
  • Exhibitor location will be based on a company's continuous longevity as an Exhibitor at AUCSC.


Food and Entertainment

  • Lunch is provided free of charge on Tuesday and Wednesday (11:00am to 1:00pm) during the week of AUCSC.
  • A catered buffet, along with beer and soft drinks, are provided free of charge during evening exhibit hours (Tuesday, 5:00pm to 8:00pm and Wednesday, 5:00pm to 6:30pm)
  • Cash raffle prizes will be given during evening exhibit hours. There will be two $500 cash prizes on Tuesday evening and five $300 cash prizes on Wednesday evening. AUCSC attendees must be present in the exhibit area to win.
