EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

ONLINE
Pre-Registration will open on Monday, February 3, 2025. Exhibitors registering on-site will be subject to a $250 late fee.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

During the week of the Short Course, registration will be conducted at the Mylan Park Ruby Community Center on Monday, May 12, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, on Tuesday, May 13, from 7:30am to 4:00pm, and Wednesday, May 14, from 7:30am to 1:00pm.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • All paid registrations canceled in writing at least 14 calendar days or more before the event will receive a full refund, less a 20% service fee. Registrations canceled 14 days or fewer before the event are not eligible for a refund. We understand that plans can change, so we allow registration transfers, but they may not be made less than 14 days before the event starts. Exhibitor Booths are not transferable and may not be sold to a third party or shared.
  • Exhibitors and attendees will receive a full refund if the Conference is canceled due to federal, state, or local regulations.
  • All requests for transfer or cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@aucsc.com. No refund will be processed if the registrant is a no-show. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
  • Right to Deny or Remove: We reserve the right to deny registration or admission to or remove any party from the Conference, in our sole discretion.

EXHIBIT REGISTRATION AND GUIDELINES

  • All Exhibitors MUST pay the AUCSC Individual Attendee Registration Fee in addition to the Exhibit Registration Fee.
  • The AUCSC Individual Attendee Registration fee is $200 before April 28, or $250 on-site. To keep exhibitor registration costs low, a 3% convenience fee will be added to all Credit Card payments.
  • For questions regarding AUCSC Exhibits, please contact Laura Bauer, Exhibits Chair.
  • Special requests from exhibitors MUST BE SENT IN WRITING to exhibits@aucsc.com at least two weeks before the start of the short course.
  • AUCSC suggests that exhibitors contact Central Van and Storage at (304) 592-2765 to handle, store, and transport exhibits to the Mylan Park Ruby Community Center.
  • During the week of AUCSC, exhibitors may set up their exhibit at the Mylan Park Ruby Community Center on Monday between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Exhibitors requiring additional time or a different time for booth installation outside of the established move-in hours will need to contact Laura Bauer.
  • During exhibit set-up/teardown, Exhibitors MAY NOT enter or exit through the front entrance of the Mylan Park Ruby Community Center building. All Exhibit materials and displays must be brought in and removed through the side entrances of the building.
  • Please make checks payable to AUCSC.
  • AUCSC name badge must be worn by all attendees and exhibitors while in the exhibit area.
  • Exhibitors will receive their assigned booth location upon their arrival.

EXHIBITOR FEES

(before April 28, 2025)
One (1) 8-foot table: $650.00
Two (2) 8-foot tables: $1000.00
Three (3) 8-foot tables: $1350.00
To keep exhibitor costs low, a 3% convenience fee will be added to all Credit Card payments.
