Download an Individual Attendee Registration form to print, complete, and mail to AUCSC, PO Box 6070, Morgantown, WV 26506, by April 22, 2024.
ON-SITE
On-site Registration will be conducted at the Mylan Park Ruby Community Center. Please see dates and times below.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All paid registrations cancelled in writing at least 14 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% service fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the event begins. Transfer of attendee registration is permitted. Transfers may not be made less than 14 days before the event begins.
Exhibitor Booths are not transferable and may not be sold to a third party or shared.
If the conference is cancelled due to federal, state, or local regulations, exhibitors and attendees will receive a full refund.
All requests for transfer or cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@aucsc.com. No refund will be processed if the registrant is a no-show. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
Right to Deny or Remove: We reserve the right to deny registration or admission to, or remove any party from the Conference, in our sole discretion.
WVU is a Tobacco Free Campus. All tobacco products are prohibited on University property.

During the week of the Short Course, registration will be conducted at the Mylan Park Ruby Community Center - Map.
Dates and Times: Monday, May 6, 2024 - 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tuesday, May 7, 2024 - 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Wednesday, May 8, 2024 - 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM The on-site Individual Attendee Registration fee is $250.
